Drudkal failed in carrying out “massacre” in his main stronghold

Observers noted that the terrorist attack in Beni Amrane ( Boumerdes) noted was carried out with limited materials due to the non-use of arms when intervention forces came at least for “ intimidation”.

• The second hand-made bomb which targeted the supporting troops from the army, gendarmerie, and civil protection was also weak and did not resulted eloquent damages. The act was attributed to the “ Salafist group” under the command of Abdel Malek Droudkel ( Abou Mosab Abdelwadoud).

• A security expert asked by Echorouk about Ben Amrane attack said this terrorist attack is “an attempt to remedy the failure in Bourdjelkifane attack” for which the terrorist organisation has not claimed responsibility yet.
• Deficit in Beni Amrane attack seems huge because it happened inside the terrorists’ group main stronghold,where “Al Ansar” and “Ennour” ( Salafist groups of advocacy and fight’s most powerful battalions)  were activating.

• This organisation seeks to escalate its terrorist activity in recent weeks through implementing a series of attacks using explosives after it arrived at a closed door-according to observers.
•  As for targeting foreigners, it remains the only option to create mass media “even by limited attacks”.

•  The attackers found only a French engineer’s car to attack and they were only two or three terrorists, who detonated the bomb from a far point without shooting.

• The two bombings reaffirmed what was previously referred to in Echorouk‘s precedent numbers as well as the work of security forces  following the  last December11’s explosions- the beginning of Drudkal’s organisation end. He committed strategic errors enabling counter-terrorism authorities to dismantle its bases including suicide cells and cells of assignment and theft.
